DA have decades of experience in the design and manufacture of carbide tipped, indexable and solid carbide tooling. Our design service offers our customers innovative solutions for machining difficult & challenging features in high value components, often reducing machining time and tooling costs.
Our tool grinding section is unique in the north west, enhanced by a Saacke multi-axis CNC grinder and a CNC controlled Optical Profile Grinder, ideally suited to low volume complex tooling.
