Gullco is a Canadian business with a global operation. It’s welding carriages, cutting carriages and plate bevelling machines are delivered throughout the world, but before its products are despatched there are usually a number of modifications to be made to tailor the item to client specifications.
Until recently, Gullco UK would pass this modification work to Canada or UK suppliers, but in terms of distance, lead-times, ideas and cost, the preference was always to find a local supplier who could deliver the modifications far more efficiently.
